Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy covers the RainyCalmness website (rain.obednik.sk) and the private publishing tool “Dazdovy kanal” that the owner of the RainyCalmness YouTube channel uses to upload videos to that channel.

The publishing tool and YouTube API Services

The publishing tool uses YouTube API Services. It is used by one person only, the owner of the RainyCalmness channel, on their own computer, to upload videos, set thumbnails and schedule publishing on that one channel. It is not offered to anyone else.

• What it accesses: after the channel owner signs in with Google, the tool receives an access token for the YouTube scopes needed to upload videos and set thumbnails, and reads the channel name to make sure it uploads to the right channel.
• How it is used: only to upload the channel’s own videos with their title, description, tags, thumbnail and scheduled publishing time.
• Storage: the token is stored locally on the channel owner’s computer. No YouTube data about viewers or other users is collected, stored or processed.
• Sharing: nothing is shared with, sold to or disclosed to third parties.
• Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time in Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

By using YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

This website

The website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no forms, and it does not collect personal data. It is hosted on Vercel, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations; see the Vercel Privacy Policy.

YouTube channel

Watching RainyCalmness videos happens on YouTube and is governed by YouTube’s and Google’s own terms and privacy policy linked above. The channel does not receive any personal information about individual viewers beyond what YouTube shows every channel owner in aggregated analytics.
